In the first global startup mentor top course, mentor candidates will grow into start-up mentors through literacy as mentors, understanding the startup ecosystem, and practicing mentors and mentees with the best professional instructors at home and abroad. In particular, it constitutes a curriculum such as ▲ finding problems and presenting solutions through diagnosis of companies in the early and growth stages ▲ understanding mentoring methodologies of people, Innovation, Business Model, and Finance ▲ mentoring methodologies for each major issue of start-ups. Through this curriculum, Dongguk University Graduate School of Management will help it grow quickly into a mentor who can help start-up management and technology. In particular, a specialized curriculum for the best mentors is scheduled, such as securing the best instructors with abundant experience as start-up mentors and experiencing meditation for mental training.
